90% of the players I play with seems suicidal to me.. especially considering their playstyle ha ha

At most the employee can forward the nationial suicide number. And they dont allow conversations on the board for people that are suicidal as a cya kinda thing.

If you think some one is suicidal, send a support ticket with as much info as you know about that person.

Your other option would be the Discord channel to try and get someone who may be available faster. If there aren't any Rioters in, there might be people who know how to contact them.
