sivir was a bot program and the eve in question spent the entire game sending death threats, spamming extremely racist remarks, threatening to DDoS the team, and i was issued a ban an entire 24 hours after the game in question as a first offense

That'll do it. Lodge a support ticket to riot explaining you were quoting another player and they may reverse the ban. In future don't quote obvious toxic speech - the system doesn't usually differentiate between saying it and quoting it.

Maybe don't be a dick to new players as well though. I'm pretty sure you weren't a perfect player right out of the box.

The third to last thing you said was probably what did it, you arnt allowed to say any of those things even if another individual says it.

I learned the hard way when a teammate lied to the enemy team asking them to report me , saying I said the Fa word when in fact I was called it instead.

I received a 2-week banned yesterday when a Nasus INTED my series game. He typed in chat that he was INTING on purpose. I didn't say anything until the end of the game when he started ATTACKING ME. I called him a homophobic term, which riot took out of context and was INSTA suspended when I got out. The INTING nasus is still playing games, I checked his NA.OP.GG. I contacted RIOT and they told me that the automatic system detects words and will issue a punishment without context, but for INTERS and TROLLERS, they have to manually reveiw the game. This was also my first offence since season 5, they told me that the next is a perma...
