The ban year can give you some insight into what you were banned for.
Please be patient with the ticket, it can take a few days before they can get to it depending on the backlog. If you bump the ticket it will be pushed to the back of the queue so only do it if you need to add necessary information.
got a response now after 3 days. it was a random $20 chargeback and so my account was perma banned. I have done the repayment so all should be well now.

They don't send Emails for manual bans, even though you will get a message saying to check your Email.
