Feeding and then afk?

I had this mid zed in my 2nd account. He kept feeding non-stop yet also toxic. Till the point he just gave up and afk in base with the score 5/11. I don't care if hr had over 950+ games. He deserve to be banned and punished severely. Hope he don't ever return in future games.
