I feel like this situation happens more often than not.

so like I'll be in a game. We'll be getting rekt for like the first 20 minutes of the game. we'll probably lose a few inhibitors before getting a few of their towers. One person on my team puts up a surrender vote and 2 or more of us vote no. Now this person who wanted to surender didn't get their way and so they spend the rest of the game playing poorly on purpose and if they notice the team starting to comeback, they'll throw themselves 1v5 into the enemy to force 4v5 to end the game faster.

I hope this is not all confusing.
