That is so stupid Riot games. The dude literally locked in teemo (he got autofilled) just so he can troll his adc (me). He took my CS and stood still laughing/spamming his emote when the enemy tries to kill me. He then reports me and even tho 2 other teammates excluding myself reported him, I'm the one that gets banned. This is really stupid! I did not even use any offensive words .

you constantly bashed on your teemo, never stopping to point out that he is useless and only sabotages you.

yes you are right, this teemo is a fucking dick who should be banned. but the IFS only checks chat. and all it saw in the chat was you flameing someone. the system doesnt check for "what others did" its a neutral system that only looks at the chat. you can ask the person to stop. if they dont, be quiet. dont flame.

Was he trolling? Maybe, maybe not. I'm not sure.

The fact is, though, that the IFS doesn't check for trolling. It might flash some lights or whatever if someone has 40+ deaths in a match or something outright absurd like that, but it won't check for anything else. A Rioter has to manually review the report for that, and that can potentially take weeks to do, depending on how backlogged they are at the time (AFAIK, they've always been backlogged).

Also, you are responsible for your own actions, not anyone else. Unless the Teemo actually held a gun to your head and made you lash out at him, you are responsible for it, not him. He will be held accountable for his own actions, while you will be held accountable for yours separately from his.
