been playing ARAM a while and there's always 34 bots but I just played a ARAM game with 9 bots. I even saw one username that I reported 34 days ago playing today.

I thought third party programs was ban worthy? is it the fact that its low level (under lvl 15 accounts) or the fact that it's ARAM that make RIOT not devote attention to it? You would think that any ban reports that are under the "use of third party programs" would get near immediate attention.

I also looked up ARAM IP farm on youtube and I saw S4 videos of bots that exhibit the exact same behavior. meaning clearly it is an issue that RIOT has not bothered with.

all this attention to chat bans while bot's have been grinding IP since S4, what a joke. How dumb can RIOT be?

Not that many people at your level have a great understanding of the game yet so they don't play it as often or ever really. I always tried picking a champion and playing him/her over and over until I knew all of the mechanics. ARAM sets you up with a new champ every game and every champion rotation.
