Anyone else noticing a large rise in these? I've seen 3 today now, and they're always people who speak frequently so it's not bots. Is this some weird new trend? Is this the new "tempname18738764"?
Returning players, my guess. After not playing for quite some time, your name will be changed to a random combination of numbers and letters, in order to free up this particular alias.
I think the name change is free once after this happens. At least, that was a case few years back, when this happened to one of my accounts.
A player probably got forced to namechange by Riot staff, so his original name has been temporary named to that one.
Not suprising with TFT being that hype, so it attracted some returning players.
