I mostly play jungler. For the third time this month, I got hooked up with an ass ADC that no only didn’t provide a leash, but then proceeded to take my camps over and over again.
What the fuck Riot?! Why is there no category for “Fucked over a teammate” in the reporting dialog?! Or maybe “Sabotaged the team?”
Anyone else see this kind of shitty behavior?

There is effectively a report category for that, but lets go ahead and clear some stuff up.
A leash is a courtesy. Laners don't need to leash for you. Jungle camps don't actually belong to you either. There are points where it might be better for a laner to take camps.
Edit - To be perfectly clear, there is a report option for assisting the enemy team. I don't think your issies qualify at face value.
I think you're full of crap... Some jungle champs (e.g., amumu) are very weak at the start of a game. They need every bit of early assistance they can get. A leash is NOT a "courtesy" any more than a gank is NOT a "courtesy." They are smart tactics. Only a stupid selfish prick would screw over his own jungler.
Laners taking camps later in the game make sense only after the jungler is healthy and strong (e.g., level 9 or 10) and preferably when the team has pushed into the other team's area. That's not what happened in this game. The ADC was taking camps before I hit level 6. He followed me from camp to camp and cleared them out.
And as for "I don't think your issies qualify at face value," bite me. Let me follow you for camp to camp and kills your monsters and see how well you do.
I'm a Silver 4 ADC / Jungler and I can see both sides of this.
When I'm ADC, I also assume we're not going to get ganks bot lane at all. I play overly safe and conservative until I get a good sense of my support.
Now, I never will take the jungler's camps until mid to late game. But come mid to late if it looks like I am going to be the carry or hard carry then I need all the gold I can get and I will take available camps. Like, if after 10 minutes I am 5/0 or better, you can count on me taking red buff for the slow so I can really melt faces.
BUT -- if the ADC was trolling you like that -- following you from camp to camp and last hitting, then that is definitely aggravating and reportable under Griefing. Just explain that in the comments and ask for a review of the griefer's gameplay.
When I am Jungler, early on I powerfarm. I will only gank if a lane is pushed and I'm nearby. If one of my camps gets taken -- for example sometimes an Ekko will take raptors, then I just keep moving to the next camp. Just like if an enemy Yi came in and farmed my red buff and krugs, then fine, skip em and head back toward Gromp and Blue.
Every game is different. You have to adapt and be flexible to be successful.
Try to ignore the AFK's, Ragers, Griefers, and clueless players. Solo queue is rough. Bronze and Silver are no different from each other in my experience. I hear Gold isn't any better either.
I'll bite, what game was it and please tell me it was ranked. I watched the Amumu game from yesterday and a Warwick game. Both ranked, both defeats
In the Amumu, the adc leashed until about 700 on blue. Then the support leashed Gromp for you too. Adc tried to take one camp, blue, and that was because enemy jungle was trying to take it.
In the WW, you did a blue steal near top lane. So I assume it wasn't this match.
