How can I do this anonymously? I tried to buy a d5 account from this person and they scammed me. Im working with paypal to get my money back, but I would also like to see this persons account banned and barred from pro play since I know he plays in challenger series.
First off you can submit a report ticket, and secondly you shouldn't post that you tried to buy an account on a riot forum.

Found this on the T&C's. Even if you were to use the account, because it was not originally yours then you'd get banned on it anyways.

This is just hilarious. You just can't make this up. Someone is upset that they tried to buy an account and got scammed. Riot says don't do it and you did it anyway? You know you shouldn't even bother with this because if you're not on par with the skill level of the rank you buy, you can't maintain it. Don't say you play on diamond level if you weren't skilled enough to get up there in the first place. Trolls and feeders and whatever aren't the reason why you can't climb. It's your skill level. You can get out of your tier if you're skilled enough to do it and have the patience to play the games to get there.
If I bought a challenger tier account, it would be useless. If I didn't play ranked, I'd decay down to gold. If I played ranked, I'd probably drop down to gold. I don't play enough ranked to really know how far I'd go but I typically stop at silver or gold to get the rewards and then just play the next season until I qualified for the rewards and stop again for the rest of that season until the next.
