FRIEND PERMA BANNED PLS HELP

So my friend was suspended for toxicity for saying the n-word once, and the suspension lasted for 2 weeks. But he just got reported for the second time ever on his league account for flaming a khazix that was inting our game. It's so stupid that he was permanently banned for being mad at a player that was feeding. The kha had all tear of the goddess and said he was trying to "switch teams" In addition to that he has sunk $100+ into the game because he's good and enjoys the game. If you have any sort of thing that we can use to try to help get him unbanned please reply. Because hes only been reported 2 times and now he can't play the game on an account that he has sunken big sums of money into. If riot somehow see's this, please unban him because he is most likely going to quit league of legends completely because of this.

I mean, there's nothing really that can be done. The 14-day ban said that any further misbehavior will result in a permanent suspension. That your friend disregarded that and flamed someone shortly after the suspension cleared, well - they dug their grave, now they gotta lie in it.

If riot somehow see's this, please unban him because he is most likely going to quit league of legends completely because of this.

That's kind of the point of the permanent ban - to try and get players who belligerently break the rules to leave League of Legends and take their toxicity elsewhere.

While I personally find the deal of "escalate to 14-day ban, any further misbehavior results in permaban" is a touch too strict, that's kind of just how the system works.

The only thing you can really do is have your friend try to file a Support Ticket, but I wouldn't put money on him getting unbanned. As a general rule, Riot doesn't overturn punishments that weren't issued in error, and you said it yourself - he flamed, so his punishment wasn't issued in error.

Doesn’t matter. Your “friend” should have just muted the person and continued playing.

Even if it is frustrating to play with an inter, it gives you no right to flame another person for that reason.

Post chat logs so at least we can see what may have triggered the ban.

So he got banned for flaming?

That's how it works

Unfortunately, Permabans for toxic chat cannot be reversed under any circumstance (unless it was a false ban, but It's highly unlikely in this case).

As someone who also has a friend that has been permabanned from League, there's not much you can really do except convince them to start using the mute button & try to get them to relax. In the end, they're responsible for their own actions & whether he/she takes your advice is entirely up to them. League can be an extremely competitive environment (it has become more & more so with each season in my opinion), but that does not give anyone a "free pass" to be act in such a manner.

In any case, there's not much your friend can do about the Ban. They can either start fresh & make a new account (Doesn't have to do it right away, can take a few months to chill out if necessary) or simply Quit League altogether.

What good did flaming the Kha'Zix do? The Kha'Zix got enjoyment out of your friend raging at him since that is the goal of trolling most of the time, and what did you guys get out of it? Your friend banned. Flaming is against the rules, and your friend broke the rules. The 2-week bans reform card stated that the next offence would result in a permaban, and yet he ignored the warning.

Permaban is as the name suggests, permanent, and as your friend was rightfully banned due to breaking the rules, he won't be unbanned.

All he can do is send in a support ticket. But yeah they consider certain words "hate speech". They think if you type a word in chat, you are promoting hatred. Yes. Does not matter the context. So your friend should be a bit more mindful of his actions. Try a support ticket, dont get your hopes up.
