Advice Needed: Account Hacked and 14 Day Ban For INTING

Hey everyone,

I'm in a very sticky situation. Last week I got a verification code email sent to me by Riot about a login on my account. I did not trigger this verification code so in panic, I instantly changed my password and ran full scans on my PC to ensure I wasn't infected with anything. My PC came out clean. My League account was ok and everything seemed to be fine.

Last night, I played some Nexus Blitz and normal games, wake up, and see that I have 5 ranked losses on my account that were played TODAY. I was in Platinum 2 promos and I was waiting to play with a support main from lolduo for the next 2 games (I'm an ADC main). The next thing I see? A bunch of losses and games on my profile with intentionally feeding on Nunu (a champ I do not even play in ranked) on op.gg. Again, in panic, I log into my account and see that I have a 14 day suspension for a 0/15 Nunu game that wasn't me. Someone hacked my account and ran it down. Whoever hacked my account does not have access to my email and thankfully my League account is verified so it's safe. I also never received any emails from Riot about activity on my account today. I changed my password again (it is unique and not used anywhere else) but my account is banned for activity that isn't my fault. Can anything be done about this?

This person changed all of my settings, put flash/heal on opposite keys, etc. I'm thankful it's only a 14 day suspension, but regardless, I did not do this and based on the ban message, I will lose my rewards as well (honor level 4 reset, everything). I've been experimenting lately with changing my Flash/Heal around because, well... "F is for Flash" and if anyone looks at my op.gg you'll see I've been playing with it in several of my matches. This person queued and played some ranked matches as Garen, Lucian, and Jhin (champs I recently played), lost them (although he/she performed decently? very strange), and then ran it down for 2 games with Predator Cleanse/Ghost Nunu. I'm legitimately confused. It's as if this person intentionally made it look like I was playing these games, got tilted, and ran it down to ruin my account.

I'm an EUW Diamond player main, however, I'm in NA until next week and my goal was to hit at least D5 before I leave the region. Otherwise, I have to play on 150ms if I want to accomplish my goal and I would prefer to not do that. So far I managed to get this account from Bronze 5 to Plat 3 in under 300 games. Upset does not even begin to describe how I feel right now...

I recently sent my laptop in for repair and I suspect that the person who worked on it was able to retrieve my League information. I have multiple accounts as I play on different regions and I have my info saved in my documents. I know this isn't the smartest thing to do, but I really didn't think I'd have to worry about my League account while sending my laptop in to get fixed... This is the only thing I could think of how my account could have gotten compromised... At this point, I'm just glad I took the time to log out of all of my email accounts on Google Chrome, etc.

Is it possible to check the IP logs for the games played that weren't me? I don't know how else to prove that my account was compromised for those games. I use a VPN quite a bit but it should still be obvious that it wasn't me who played these games. This person did not spend any of my BE/RP, he/she simply played 5 games and ran it down. I honestly feel targeted.

I really don't know what to do here, I've never had anything like this happen before. I have a 60% win rate in EUW Diamond and I was proud to maintain a 65% in NA Plat+. Now, not only does this person go on to my account and gets it banned, he's also ruining my win rates. I'm sorry if it sounds like I'm ranting and whining, but I'm extremely confused, angry, and upset. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
