okay so I got banned a little bit ago and it was 14 day ban.. now everytime I make a new account and say anything even mildly toxic they issue another 14 day ban and don't even think about giving me chat restrict.. so does this mean I'm IP banned? I really would like an answer like ive put so much money and effort into my account I would just like to know if I'm IP banned or if I can keep playing plz help
A better question you might want to ask yourself is why can't you change your behavior.
Riot does not IP ban. If you can provide your recent chat logs we can help you figure out what may be causing the 14-day bans.
Something that may not seem toxic to you can still be toxic to the system and rules. Do you have chat logs you can post? Were you using offensive language/racial slurs?

Let me explain to you what has happen, back in before this latest season rito had a lax policy on bans, your chats had to be reviewed by people, and they didn't get you banhammered every time because things were taken in context. Which brings us to right now, where in this last season rito has implemented a policy of autoban bots. They don't care about context, there is no person reviewing your bans, they have a directive where by if there are any words or phrases that are in their toxic log you will automatically get banhammered. So for example lets say you said "this poro needs to gtfo of my way" right? Nothing particularly toxic about that, you aren't aiming it at a person, just a npc right? But if you were reported by someone in that game the autoban bot would pick up the phrase "gtfo" and you would automatically get a banstrike against you. Hence why anytime you say ANYTHING anymore you get banhammered until your account gets banned. I call this policy the "we want everyone to quit league" policy.

You can keep playing. I'd advise you not buy any skins if you intend on using hate speech, profanity, death threats and calls for self-mutilation because you will 100% get banned before level 30. You're free to make as many accounts as you want and get them banned, if you so choose. I'd advise you to seek out self-muting programs that replace your enter key or to learn to just not say anything, or at least tone it down. Getting mad is totally acceptable if you don't go overboard. For instance, "I'm going to beat you up" and "I'm going to shoot up my school" in real life are handled way differently, regardless of actual threat. Saying "wow, you're bad" now and again won't trigger a punishment. Saying "kys" or anything like that will. Laws were made to protect the interests of the many, so we don't have to watch our backs and fear for our lives like in a lawless society. We can enjoy life more when we don't feel threatened by everything.
Well, the good news is that you can keep playing and are not IP banned. The bad news is that you will keep getting banned if you keep telling your team they are autistic, retarded, idiots, or telling them to kys. Hate speech and instructing people to self harm are not "mildly toxic." They are highly toxic. Immediate 14 day or permanent bans are issued for any sort of racism, homophobia, slurs based on mental illness, or instructions to self-harm. Riot has a zero-tolerance policy towards them.

They don't do IP bans because it will unintentionally target the wrong people, so for example they might accidentally ban a whole house, building, or university/college campus with an IP ban when only one person is supposed to be getting punished.
I'm going to guess that you're saying zero tolerance words, because that seems to be the primary way to skip the chat restrictions straight to a ban for just one game.
