How to deal with AFKers

If a player AFKs during a match, there should be an automatic 72 hour ban given every time. When they return, they'll have 25 games of low priority queue and be at honor level 0 until all 25 games are complete.

2nd time is 1 week ban, 50 games low priority queue.

3rd time is 2 weeks, 100 games.

4th time is permanent ban.
