What if there was a toxicity MMR?

I'm seeing all these posts saying "LoL is such a garbage community" etc.

Is there an MMR for such thing? I never type anything toxic in chat, very rarely flame (I'm talking 1 game out of 20, and at most 5 passive aggressive comments), and as a result I'm paired with similar players.

So this got me thinking about an MMR for toxicity. If people claim LoL has such a toxic community, it would make sense they are toxic themselves and not realizing it. Their rant posts are usually filled with accusing others, rage borderline flaming, you probably saw one of these yourself.

If it doesn't exist, why not implement one? I'm not asking to put every lvl 0 honor in a game together, the point is not to make queues last forever. It doesn't have to be as "numeral" as skill MMR, it should actually be accurate to the point of making queues last **at most 15 seconds longer. ** Matchmaking should be heavily based on skill of course, but it'd be nice if it could include a small percentage of likeliness to flame. It could be the difference between you losing your promos due to someone rq'ing, or you winning them only after having waited 15 more seconds.

Yeah, often it's the egotistical ones that run into so much toxicity. I rarely deal with this "horrible toxic community" ...like I just rarely see it. I don't get the hub bub. But insecure people with big egos often fly off the handle at little things, or feel insulted or under attack over minor comments or suggestions in chat. They are real quick to "defend themselves" and thus, they get into arguments with "toxic" players all the time. Or they're the ones who make these little comments that inflate to all-out chat wars. If you're quiet in game like me, you probably don't have as big a problem with toxicity in this game. So I don't think there is an MMR for toxicity... it's just an attitude/personality thing. And having an MMR for it, imo, is not a good idea. I wouldn't mind it, but it just ain't right on principle in my opinion.

Having a toxicity MMR would, eventually, create a Prisoner's Island. And when you force people prone to toxic behavior into games with other people prone towards toxic behavior, small errors will balloon out into flame wars far more quickly and become more vicious. Small errors that might have been ignored in games with a normal distribution of behavior types.
