Chat logs, por favor? A 14-day suspension is usually for the behavior you displayed, not for what others did or didn't do.
It's also important to note that you are not always informed when your reports lead to a punishment. It's a place where I feel the system could use more clarity.

They did read the chat. Hence why they banned you. Toxic players always think they're innocent because someone else starts it first.
