I got banned permanently now i know you cant lift the ban tho i wish you could cause i got sum money in this account...bad luck what can i say...but every report that i gave to another player afking flaming or having a negative attitude it didnt come back any notice that you have punished that player but everytime that i have flamed imediately after the game i got a notice or a ban...in my opinion on me i can say that the system worked great but i always flame when i get flamed and i want to know do they also got a punishment or is it just a problem with me Last season i had honor 5 level i was chill and cool my flame level was very low but this season i can admit i raged a bit hard because i only encountered toxic players who flame then when i flame boom ban...i just want to know they get punished to and it is a fair system. But anyway thanx for the money i will never get back...

Btw the game i got perma banned i was in base and said top was missing he got a kill on jungler then mid and jungle started to flame cause they didnt look i pinged missing after they saw i pinged they flamed me for not following up and that realy hit me hard since i couldnt follow cause i was coming from fountain yet they still called me noob and all that nice things a good league player says....

also once i have reformed maybe in some months or idk what time can i appeal for a unban to riot?

They turned down the notification system. People still get punished eventhough you rarely get messaged about it. They cant tell you directly if and specific person got punished as that is under personal stuff only between the player and Riot.

it didnt come back any notice that you have punished that player

The messages don't always send and, when they do, it's to a single person. Additionally, each player is at their own stage on the punishment system -- a report doesn't necessarily mean a punishment, but if it's a valid report it will always move them closer TO a punishment.

No. Permanently banned accounts are never unbanned unless the ban was in error.

Here is how the system works:

  1. Receive a report
  2. Check the reported player for toxicity
  3. Assign a toxicity point to the game, 0=no toxicity, 100= used hate speech
  4. Add the new points to the player's previous behavioral history.
  5. If they pass 100 points, they get punished.

Everyone's toxicity points is on a different level. PlayerA could be at 95 points when joining a game and the playerB can be at 35 points. If playerB flames PlayerA really hard and playerA flames back, playerA can get 5 toxicity points and get punished, while playerB can get 20 points and not get punished.

You also only get the notification if the game you reported someone was shown in the reform card as example. In the example above, playerB would get a punishment notification, but if playerB gets punished 1 week later, then playerA's report still contributed to playerB's punishment, but playerA won't get a notification.

Ok thank you for the answers it was nice knowing you all, have a nice game and remember : Dont be a flamer like me! I dont think ill play this game anymore i was planing on quiting at some point because I was playing too much but this kinda hit me hard after investing into it and losing it all in one day but this was faster and thats why i am not that sad. The only think im feeling bad about its that it was almost a full account and i could give it to one of my friends since i wanted to stop playing. I also dont think it was a unnecessary ban because I do admit I was toxic and i did also int that game. I wish you all luck.

Eh, think of it this way: It's like putting $30,000 into a car, driving it for a few years, and then making a mistake and totaling it. Sure you're out the money, but these things happen. There's always another car. The one you had was poorly made and on its last legs anyway, not to mention a fuel guzzler.
