Reforming?

So I have a question, my main account had been 14 day banned twice with no permanent yet, and I am thankful for that, because I am ready to reform, I have a short temper so when i get trolled or flamed I retaliate because I'm not one to put up with peoples crap. I am aware that I can mute but I never did because I didn't want to be banned for refusing to communicate even if the communication is toxic.

Regardless I am ready to give one line responses and mute every person at the first glance of toxicity, I love this game and everything about It, so I would be crushed if I lost my account. But my question is, is it possible to start a clean slate in anyway possible? Does riot have a system where you can remove any previous punishments on your account with specific terms and or processes?

The reason I'm asking is because my main account has 4000 spent on skins and exclusives and etc. (I love skins and have money to spend lol I know) but yesterday while playing on an alternate account I banned the champ Zoe because I didn't want to change the enemy team getting her, and our mid lanes was 3rd pick and had Zoe hovered. Needless to say they trolled me as the adc because their support was a duo with the midlaners so my support went mid and left bot, and the whole game proceeded to flame and troll and go in all chat to rally reports against me, even though all I did all game was continuously tell them to "grow up" and stop being "childish" and I got a notification about them getting banned but next thing I knew I had a chat ban? For not even being toxic? Or at least what I thought wasn't toxic.

So I'm scared to play on my main because he's on thin ice, and if I can be reported falsely or that easily then it worries me someone please help I love this game and refuse to lose it to trolls and toxic players :(

You can't be banned by false report and you cannot be banned for muting the players. That mute function isn't a ban bait. It all depends on what you actually do in the game and what you say. Which means do not harass, flame, insult, troll, be negative, and using any type of slurs. The usage of chat is not that complex.

You cannot clear your name completely, but there are these punishment tiers you can clear. So if you stay cool, stick with the summoner's code, and do not blame other players for your own actions, you'll be fine. Just remember you're responsible for your own actions. Use the mute function and ignore the toxicity, the trolling, and the flaming. Don't use "no communication" excuse for not muting the toxic players. If they're disrupting everyone experience and your experience, then they need to be muted.

If you're scared, for starters, you don't need to participate in chat. You can communicate with pings or not at all and be safe from chat-related punishments.

That said, it's not hard to use chat and stay safe. Simply, don't engage in discussions during games. You're not there to have a conversation, you're there to play a game where every second counts, so focus on the game. Strategic messages wouldn't get you punished, either.

Remember not to feed trolls. Trolls (as in, people explicitly ruining your game) thrive off of the reactions you give them. When you flame or argue with a troll, not only are you putting your account in jeopardy, but you're actively rewarding them for that behavior. You're hurting everybody EXCEPT the troll!

And your punishment tier will drop over time. You gotta both play games AND let real time pass, but eventually you'll be in better standing. I'm not sure what the rate of punishment decay is (they're vague about it at Riot), but it may take some months.

Funny thing is you could report them if they were rallying reports against you, report calling is reportable as it falls under harassment

Thanks for the info, I was actually kinda suspecting that you can clear some of your punishment history considering it wasn't a perma because my last 14 day was a year ago, but to be clear as long as I say simple lines like, "warded" "let's get dragon" etc or just use pings I'll be Fine? And is off meta like I.e malz support, urgot jungle, stuff like that in normal games trolling? Because I love experimenting off meta in normal but I have been been told by players that they'd report me for trolling due to that. Info on that would be super helpful.

You can talk a hell of a lot more than that. I sure do, and I have yet to be punished (that I can remember). There i no need to be mute, just don't be hateful and harassing. It's not really that hard.
