So im Banned forever! 1962 hours on a account for nothing?

So watching streamers latley has got me into thinking... There super toxic! and some have received there account back i know riot had a little message on there start game "GAMES CAN BE HEATED" i really miss my account that ive had for so long! i wish they would of perm ban me from chat instead of banning the account so people dont feel like riot is just wanting them to make a new account. it makes me cry that i played for 1962 hours and now just got banned? like i know games can be heated but just now getting banned that far into my account makes me reeally sad.. i wish there was a better deal to work with this and just grant me a perm chat ban... i got banned over a heated game, if riot wants me to sign a contract saying it wont happen again i would, anything for this account! just look at the name CAPTAINSMILEY! i am a happy guy and if i could i would spread that to league instead of being toxic! im sorry for everything that ive done wrong but im willing to never break the rules again and never be toxic in my game unless you guys just want to perm bann me from chat! litterly i will do anything to see my account unbanned. i would read every rules and take a test if you had one riot. trust me this account means a lot and putting that much time in account to be banned forever is super sad for me, it feels like i cant move on after that on league plz review this and tell me what i can do if there is anything

one thing ive learning from life is that most things are not worth fighting, seeing life for what it really is when you are dieing is a wake up call to do stuff but in my case i cant do much, league was my pass time i just hoped that i maybe had a chance

To my knowledge no player, streamer or otherwise, has gotten an account back after a deserved permanent ban.

They also tried permanent chat bans, and the experiment was a failure -- enough of those players swapped to other, harder-to-detect toxic behavior that they discontinued the practice.

I'm afraid the account is lost for good.

No one has ever had a perma banned account unlocked. Never. They are gone forever.

I'm guessing that you're thinking of Tyler1. Tyler1 had an ID Ban, which meant that whenever he was found to have made a new account that account was banned regardless of behavior/toxicity. The ID Ban has been lifted, but no accounts have been unbanned. He is now able, much like you, make new accounts.

Now, before you make your new account, please take some things into consideration. You were not banned for one game. You were not banned for two games. You were banned for showing a pattern of toxic behavior and when informed that your next infraction would result in losing your account you continued the toxic behavior. You need to do a deep dive into your own behavior.

The other thing to remember is that even though Riot will allow you to make another account a permanent ban is Riot's way of asking you to leave the community. If you do choose to make a new account take that into consideration.

Riot tried permanent chat bans and they didn't work. That being said if you check the forums there are a number of work arounds people have devised for themselves. This includes changing where the chat is on the screen to unbinding the enter key. It seems to work for these people.

I can agree to a perma chat ban for toxicity in chat so long as it’s not threats of violence or other serious verbal crimes. Those deserve that kind of ban, as clearly the person needs a reminder it’s a game, not life (Though even in life such things are deservedly criminal so...). But this post at least partially makes me think that’s not you, though I’d have to see chat logs for that.

Though account bans are usually handed out for toxic play so... I’m not riot. I’d have to review the games recording to feel one way or the other in terms of a full account ban. But assuming you never trolled people with your play, I hope you get your account back.

Before making a claim to your defense, you have to post your chat-log to the board to see if you want to understand where you went wrong. Until then, your claim goes unnoticed.
