Is riot even doing anything to punish toxicity?

Hi, so recently I've encountered some extremely toxic and unacceptable behaviour in League Of Legends. I've just finished a game where someone said "ff 15 pls" before we even got off the fountain because he looked at a stat and wanted to get into "the next game as soon as possible" and to "not waste time in playing a pointless game" because an unofficial website estimated our team's chances of winning as slightly below 50%. This player even went as far as to start intentionally feeding because it would make us go into the next game quicker. If anyone knows why I am unaware of a single person I report being punished please let me know.

I know why you're unaware. It's because notifications are rarely sent out to confirm punishments. I don't agree with it, but it's how the system works.

Yeah i see like 3 players banned a day. They do a ton about toxicity. They care about the players completely. Their game is never buggy and they listen to anything the PBE says. They have the least toxic game i've ever played its honestly really impressive.
