So anyway under assumption you weren't spam chatting I personally wouldn't have banned you just for this if it were up to me. Sorta over sensitive if you ask me but I guess you did get reported so they be like 'you're negatively affecting other players experience' and all that. Yet another post proving the automated ban system is a complete and utter failure. Every week there is a chat log on here, that only the fluffiest of snowflakes could find offensive, yet the player behavior board community will downvote into oblivion. Yes you deserve it. A 14 days suspension comes after a few chat restrictions. This means that you were warned and after the chat restrictions you were flagged and monitored, the minimum flaming or griefing will grant you a 14 day ban, keep like this and see the perma ban come to your door. You are just one step away.
i'd appeal this if you haven't already. i'm not sure why the system flagged you for this and honestly it doesn't matter if you previously had any warnings because this log of chat shows that you weren't being toxic or anything so it's a unwarranted punishment regardless if you had or hadn't been warned before.

I think you might genuinely have a mistaken punishment here. This miiiiight be enough for a chat restriction. (BIG MAYBE), but not near enough to a 14-day suspension.
