The other night my power went out and I want able to finish out a game. I received a 20 min low priority punishment for 5 games. I just got back into playing league and haven't left any of my other recent games. I think i might have gotten this harsh of a punishent because back when I was in my dorm I had frequent internet outages, making me dc'd a lot. Rito pls help.
Riot is unable to remove your low priority queues. The only way to get rid of them is by playing the required matches; by consistently playing without leaving games your leaver status will decay and later LPQ's may be smaller, or you may not get one at all (you'll get a notification saying your account status has improved).

While playing a game of Ranked, i disconected after my internet went out. The was about to end so when i connected again my team had already lost. Because of this i got a 20 minute ban and I think it´s unfair since i was playing for the majority of the game. I wanted to know if there was anything you could do.
Yea, been having some issue where a bug (pretty sure it has to do with my nvidia drivers not league) where the game crashes right after champ select and just throws me back to the home page of the client instead of giving me the ability to reconnect and friends end up having to remake. I dont get why the games where the remake vote works still treats the disconnected player as afk instead of a champ select dodge, but because this happens maybe one of every 4 games i cant tell if its been fixed or not just by going into the practice tool, now im stuck with the low priority queue without doing anything, and am not sure if its even a problem on my end. heres hopes its fixed by clean installing

I was waiting for the game client to load and it was 100% and I was stuck. When I was waiting for it to load for like 3-4 minutes the loading thingy on top left stopped and when I click it makes an error sound. So I pressed window, and it said that I lost connection. Then I tried to come back to the game and everyone was like Lvl 9-11 and I jungled and lvl up quickly since I was warwick and lost. I didn't AFK or left the game, it was my internet that lost connection or a bug that has not been fixed.
Okay this is the topic... I have regular troubleshouts with league since 8.20. Sometime its the client, giving me no icone of champion in champion select... forcing me to dodge AND repair because YOUR program had a bug. Worse, and frequently i am getting a GAME CRASH that then forces me to repair AFTER that. That gives me leaver buster. and that happened FOUR TIMES in a week. Because YOUR game has problems: DONT CALL OUT MY COMPUTER as the hard drive is freshly a new 2TB hybrid SSD/Sata hard drive and it worked well for the last 3 month. The other reason as you CANT call out my computer being defectuous is that it only happend to League of legend. Neither in wow, nor AoE2, nor any other game. SO its injust i get punished for your failure. Failure is human but since you CAN detect the game crashed DO NOT PUNISH PLAYER WHO GOT CRASHES!
The best place to appeal your case is Riot Support, I'm not sure they have ever come to the forums to look at appeal posts in PB&M.
