I am very dissapointed in Riot Games right now

Last night I got in queue for a ranked game of league. I was assigned jungler and hovered Rengar. Our support banned Rengar and then went Nunu, taking smite and teleport. I and a few teammates asked him what he was doing and he remained silent the whole time.
We got into the game, the buffs spawned, and he smited away my blue buff. I asked him again what he was doing and he remained silent. I went to my red buff and took it, then backed because I was low on health. At this point he died to the enemy lane and gave away our buff. Now seeing as how this was a ranked game, I was extremely upset. I started flaming him in all chat and told the other team that he was a troll and asked to report him. I will admit upfront that I went way too far. I cussed him out, even to the point of calling him a '%%%%%%' two times. I completely agree that this was wrong but in the moment I was very upset. The game continued with him refusing to communicate or surrender and eventually we lost. We asked the other team to report him and that was that. I reported him, stating very clearly that this shouldn't be allowed to go unpunished in ranked games and got in queue for a normal game so I could untilt.
I got into lobby and in about twenty seconds I received a message saying that my account had been restricted and the client would close. I was taken aback for a moment, as I had expected the message to say that my report had been reviewed and action had been taken on the Nunu player's account. Instead I reloaded the client to find that my account had been given a 14 day ban for toxicity. I reviewed the chat log and agreed that I was indeed very toxic, and I had no choice to accept the ban.
There are two things about this that really bug me though. The first is that I am almost never a toxic player. I ask people who are tilted to calm down, and try not to flame in all chat. I will give tips to the enemy team if I think it will help them be a better player. I am level five honor and receive an honor in probably 2/3's of the games I play. This was the first game I had ever strongly flamed anybody and I felt that jumping straight to an account restriction instead of giving a chat ban was a bit far. HOWEVER I do recognize that Riot has the final say in this matter and if this is how they feel it should be handled, so be it.
The second thing that bugs me is far more serious. I have been playing this game since 2013. My username indicates that I am Jewish. Over the years there have been a handful of people (around ten or so) that have said extremely offensive things about Jewish people. Things to the tune of 'I want to burn you in my oven like the rest of your people', etc. I do not feed these trolls; I just mute them and report them after. I have reported enough people to know that if they receive corrective action I will be notified. This has never happened when I have reported people for antisemitism. I feel that it is hypocritical of Riot to ban me for saying the word '%%%%%%' when there have been actual death threats given to me because of having a Jewish username. I am not asking for a repeal of my ban, but I do feel very strongly that this should be looked at.
TL;DR: I was 14 day banned for a first time offense (calling somebody a '%%%%%%' twice in all chat), but have never seen punishment for people saying worse things to me for having a Jewish username. I feel that this is hypocritical.
