Is Templar Iytsuna the most useless player support member?

So I was on vacation with my family and when I got back and try to log into League, my account is perma banned. Like any other normal player I openned a ticket and tried getting this sorted out because I got banned while I was on vacation so it wasn't me playing and that just frustrated me. I told them that nobody else knew my log in info. After a day I get a reply saying that it doesn't matter who was on the account when it got banned because '' To the other players in this match it didn't matter who was playing at the time, they were only made victim to the excessively toxic chat exhibited by this account.''. So this basically means that if someone gets hold of your password and flames while on your account you can't do anything about it. I compared it to someone stealing your car and driving into a building with it, obviously you won't be in trouble because you were not the one driving the car and the car itself cannot be fined or put in jail because it can't drive itself so basically only the person whol stole your account can get in trouble. This is just frustrating because Riot Games is a multi-million dollar company and they have horrible player support since all they do is copy/paste pre-written messages and then say the matter is closed after not actually helping you in any way. After I read some other posts about unfair bans and bad player support I noticed that WookieCookie is basically the only rioter that actually cares about helping players in these types on situations and actually tries to understand what hapenned and doesn't just copy/paster pre-written messages.

Since we've brought up law, specifically the example that you mentioned, let's talk about the ways that a vehicle owner can be held liable for his or her actions when his vehicle was used in a crime; in one case, we can talk about a case for either causation or negligence in that if you leave your car's door unlocked with the keys in the ignition every day, then yes, charges can be brought up if your car is used in a crime(s). In a clearer example, the District Attorney's office would not hesitate if you left a firearm out and it was used in a crime. However, we're not talking about law right now; we're talking about the Terms of Use, in which each account owner is liable for the actions on his or her account. This means that the account owner is also responsible for the security of his or her account within reasonable means.

To say that Rioters don't care about helping players in certain situations is simply a false generalization. Having worked alongside several Rioters over the past three years from Player Support Tech to Player Behavior, these individuals are the most passionate individuals I've had the pleasure of working with. They go into work each day thinking about ways to improve the user experience. They've revamped the ticket system, have dedicated Support Specialists responding to threads in the Help & Support sub-boards, and actively and consistently respond to tweets via the @RiotSupport Twitter.

In the field of Player Behavior, they've made the system a lot more transparent and predictable, with a 4-tier escalation ladder, available chat logs, and have re-organized the NA Terms of Use to be easier to read and understand your responsibilities as an account owner. I understand you're upset; however, I think you're misattributing their policy to hold players responsible for the actions on their account to a lack of care, and that just isn't true.

I completely feel ya, I got that person twice and both times I only get automated responses that has absolutely nothing to do with my actual post! This is ridiculous

Iytsuna provides non-copypaste messages pretty readily. Their flaw tends to be that if they try their best to talk things out and you aren't satisfied, then they get awfully unprofessional.

It does make the eternal ticket experience much more human, though!
