Toxicity in league and people that really don't understand what toxicity is

So the last game I played, I went Rumble toplane (playing Rumble for the first time) against a Vayne (Ardealul /summoner name). So I got pretty fed because he was kinda feeding considering that a rational player doesn't really want to engage on to a fed enemy because obviously he will get destroyed. And basically that's what he did ,after dying over and over he still kept on coming back to lane to die again. He commented on my damage saying that it is too much and i replied saying that he was really bad and my damage was ok (and obviously I was pretty strong after getting all these SOLO kills from him). Well that's where he started typing that he is going to get me banned, post this to forum and calling me a flamer. He was kept on claiming that I was flaming him, even though I was just being "honest", I didn't say anything irrational ,I just said that he was inting. Well, the game ended (my team lost/ and he commented on me being unable to carry even though I was fed) and the "discussion" continued in the after-game lobby. After trying to explain him what actaully int and flame is, and i got to say he was being extremely rude, not letting me finish my thoughts, he started threatening, asking for my phone number and telling me that he will come over to where i live to hurt me. He asked for my address and i gave him the location, indicating that I'm not scared of him. He then said that he is going to get plane tickets and come over to my place and SMASH my head for saying "report this vayne first of all because he is inting and secondly he is lying and threataning me"(?). He claimed that he knows how to ban people and also said that he is waiting for my banning. With this text I want to raise awareness about these people , I want to express my disappointment towards Riot Games for not having solved such issues so far. Kids ,often not eligible to play this game (according to pegi rating) scam and spam for stupid reasons ( for example being sarcastic towards them or calling them "noob" or "dumb" or "stupid". And i mean these words are not even insultive. I demand that this person gets banned for intentionally feeding and also threatening me. Unfortuantely I don't know how to send you these images so you can see exactly the dialogues, but I'm sure Riot can take a look at them. I will upload if anything new comes out.
