Scenario 1:

So, if my jungler is starting blue with red on our bot side, I say something like "Report jg, stole my role, now I won't leash". (note, i don't jungle so no role was stolen)

Scenario 2:

I also recently said "fuck this game I'm out" and then proceeded to let my bot lane know I was ganking their lane.

Scenario 3:

Yi was flaming our botlane, and toplane, and told me that I shouldn't have picked Cassiopeia so I told him to look at his own mistakes, and offered to 1v1 him.

Report rallying is punishable. Not leashing is not punishable. And for the "role stealing" is it Blind pick? Or draft/ranked? In blind pick there are no assigned roles so there is nothing to steal. If you were assigned jg in draft though and he still went jungle without asking you first then you may report the person but still calling for reports can get you restricted, not banned.

So you went in all chat and said that in an attempt to maybe trick the enemy team into thinking you left? I dont think that's punishable unless you actually AFK after saying that.

I dont see anything wrong there as long as you dont continuously argue with them throughout the entire game. Telling someone to focus on themselves isnt toxic and telling someone to 1v1 you can be seen as flaming but it's really mild and wont get you a punishment on its own.

Yes, you can get punished for asking report.
Yes, you can get punished for griefing.
Yes, you can get punished for inflammatory comments.

You can get punished by the following questions you've asked, based on the consistency of it. Context does not matter. You do this enough time by getting enough report, you'll get punished. Flagged for each report. Get enough flags you'll get a penalty tier. Get enough penalty tiers, you will eventually get suspended then eventually banned by receiving the final penalty tier.
