What is your honor level, and how did you get there?

For me personally, I am honor level 3 at check point 1 towards 4. It took me about 3-4 months to get.

I got there by only typing things that help the team, which is little as I usually communicate through pings. I also like to do emotes a lot to raise the morale of my team, especially if they do a good play.

I do admit, sometimes I do say something back to someone just being ignorant about the situation and blaming me, but it'll only be a one time thing every few games. So if someone is saying "oh I can't do anything, you didn't gank my lane" I'd type "I can't gank a lane that is dead within 10 seconds of arriving in lane" and just leave it at that.

It's important not to get into a flame war but I think it's fine to share your 2 cents on why you think the game is the way it is.

So, what honor level are you and how have you gotten it?

Checkpoint 3.3 and by not being a douche.

It really does work. :)

Just hit 5. Was 5 last season. Finally got grey warwick skin. I behave and treat other people like living human beings and not NPC's.

I barely played this season because my computer broke down and i couldn't play League for 5 months, so i'll only say my honor level last season. I recall i was honor 4 cp 2; i was still being toxic but didn't get punished and simply accumulated honor from players, as well as honoring players myself for the bonus.

So i found i could be toxic but still acquire honor and gain levels

Honor level 0 and proud.

I play League to win. I signed up for a competitive 5v5, not to be a therapist/mentor/tutor/father to some degenerate low-IQ trolls... if Riot matches me with a liability I will calmly explain why they are bad. Sometimes that is fine, sometimes it triggers a report. About often enough to sink the honor.

Its worth it though. The entire system is garbage tbh. Riot wont stop feeders/inters/afkers/trolls but if you say one mean word in response, SHAME ON YOU!

I have honor lv 3, checkpoint 2 on my other account. Living proof that you can climb the honor system by being sarcastically toxic (i.e. wow our bot is so good!) and venting your frustrations by soft-inting being inexperienced at the game.

Honor 4 - 0 a couple of days ago!

No matter how poorly my team plays, no matter how much free damage the support takes for no reason or doesn't use any wards before their next death, no matter how much mid fails to ping/follow a roaming enemy or counter roams, no matter how jungle ganks lanes that aren't in good position to gank and refuses to gank the lane with the highest probability of success just because they don't like the pick, no matter how much top lane dies to ganks because they refuse to ward and over push and blames jg for no ganks even though they are too pushed for ganks, no matter how often the ADC refuses to last hit and play safe when their flash is down and the enemy team has a hecarim or rammus jg, no matter if 4/5 players have an inability to group to achieve objects after killing 3 enemies while the team is in good health and instead split in 3 different directions, accomplish nothing but a little farm, and then while they all back the enemy runs straight to baron then win the game 3 minutes later, NO MATTER THESE THINGS...

Just say nice things. Accept their faults and flaws as merely indications of their skill level, remember that you played poorly like that a time ago, and let them know you forgive them for their faults and reassure them they will get better with a little more practice, while reminding them its best not to practice in ranked.

Ex honor lvl5 and like a thousand(or 500?I do not remember but still too many) honors from old system but right now i sit at last checkpoint from honor lvl3 after my unfortunate last punishment. For the last 2 years i am receiving punishments because of toxicity but before the season ends i farm honors with those techniques:

  1. Impressing my low elo teammates on normal games by 1v9-ing "lost" games and making outplays.Last season i had 36 pentakills the majority of them on normal games. 2.Pretending to be a nice guy.Telling just compliments will not secure you the honor. You need to be smarter and think like a psychologist. 3.Game vs bots but that is quite boring but effective as well.If you say that you do not get honor progress through these game i will not believe you. 4.ALWAYS honor a teammate and NEVER your premade. If you do that every game, all you need is spam many games till you reach your honor level you want. With these 4 tricks you will climb fast to honor lvl5 and if you are "toxic" you will unlock back your rewards asap.

Doing well in-game so that my team thinks I'm good, while avoiding flaming.

Im on 4-1, was 5 last season but not in time to get the ward. Not really sure other then just being a chill bro. Not even being over positive, just an occasional don't sweat it when someone admits a mistake

Honor Lever 2, check point 2 of 3 before Level 3. Major flamer/muter here :) and I don't honor anyone AT ALL. They should introduce a dishonor level as well. Some of us would shine XD

Liquid Poro 6/14/2019, 5:48:51 PM1 votes

Im in Honor 4 checkpoint 1. Just trying to stay positive every game.

Kanzler6/14/2019, 6:02:54 PM1 votes

3 - 3 disable enter key and just spam ping the inters

DemainaNyx6/14/2019, 7:40:18 PM1 votes

4.1

Honestly, I never really talk in games. Normally when I notice myself starting to type it's because someone is blaming others for losing the game and that triggers me. If that's the case I normally say one thing and then mute them so I don't type more.

Assuming that isn't the case, I may say things like "bot pushing, no wards" or "we need to group" but that's about it.

Honor 4 - 0. I don't tell my teammates to kill themselves.

CrazyMonkeyCZ6/13/2019, 4:06:34 PM1 votes

IceKingChernobog6/21/2019, 3:05:29 PM1 votes

just completed honor level 4, going onto honor level 5. Honestly not being a vindictive ass is easy not to do.

C9 Aphrolift6/13/2019, 4:47:45 PM1 votes

Honor level 2 for me.

Two week suspensions for carrying a team to 4v5 win as ezreal support is rough on your honor. :)

Honor 3 checkpoint 1, i just honor someone no matter what for honor progress unless the whole team was super toxic

Telephone Booth6/13/2019, 9:19:01 PM1 votes

In honor 3 2nd checkpoint I think. I just play. Occasionally some minor bantering and shot calling.
