Games In Gold or under are Based on luck now because of toxic people

Basically the title.

I run into toxic people almost too often now and it effects my games completely whether they say they give up 10min in or they wanna AFK or intent feed etc.

The thing is, when I report them (nearly every game Ive had all week), I don't get a message saying they've been dealt with, meaning they get to act the same way. I knew it'll come to them soon, but it's just too much and far too often.

I feel like the report system is too loose, even if its been here for so long. But more people join the rift everyday and that means more toxic people in ranks Gold and under from the get go. I really want a tighter tribunal system so people don't just get warnings.

I've started from Silver 5 to Gold 5 in a month and I do believe that games can be carried alone as shown by pros. However, I've been juggling between Gold 2 and Gold 1 for the longest time because of the difference between people that wanna and people that wanna harass others for a mistake, bringing in rank and insults into it. I don't care if you're Plat 4 and everyone else in your game is high gold, if you're a dick, you're gonna lose everyone the match by giving up.

This is a total rant and I'm sorry for it but I just wish the tribunal could be tighter to get less toxic people off the rift.
