Did they refuse to communicate? Then select "Refusing to Communicate"
Did they go AFK? Then choose the AFK option.
Did they verbally harass or abuse you? Then select the Verbal Abuse option.
Are you just upset because they picked a non-standard pick? Then get over yourself.
Picking an off-meta champion is not reportable if they are playing legitimately (i.e. not intentionally feeding, trolling, etc).
You can't report someone because you don't like what they picked and chose to play as. That's just being petty.

I've don Jayce adc before it's not a troll pick.
You cant report them for that. And i hope u didnt insult them for their pick, because u can get banned.
