So I can clearly understand, all of us playing have to put up with others throwing constantly in which there is never a punishment. However, we as players can't say anything in return in chat? Essentially you are suspending accounts of people frustrated with players throwing games and wasting a lot of people's time. I've already seen similar comments in other discussion's. You're just ignoring this behavior and punishing the wrong people.

just have fun in the game by trying out new champs, trying out champ in different roles, afk, banning teammates champ, keep fighting even when your opponent is 3 lvls ahead and 5 kills ahead, follow jg around as support, stay in base and hug tower, if u cant speak negative, u can certainly hurt them with gameplay, btw do it in rank, as long as you dont say anything negative u wont get ban since league encourages all of these
