I see the following:

  1. Insulting your teammates.
  2. Arguing with other players.
  3. Trying to shame gameplay decisions from your team.
  4. Toxicity shaming.

How do you think thats not toxic?

The report system doesn't take into account who reported you, reports trigger reviews, but nothing else. If you aren't toxic nothing bad will happen.

You realize that the system can detect your sarcasm and your passive aggressiveness right? You used them in the form of harassment making the reports valid.

These in itself is pretty mild, but the system punishes based on consistency x severity, meaning you can be punished for 1 game of extreme toxicity or many games of mild toxicity. So you were punished for your consistent harassment over many games.
