About a week ago I came home from work to login and get the permanent suspended error message. It said to see the associated email. No email was received. So I put in a ticket. After a week of waiting I finally get an emailed response to my ticket.

It said: "It looks like your account was permanently banned for intentional feeding" " Here are some matches we have reviewed personally: On 1/23 as Jinx you went 1/9/2 On 1/23 as Caitlyn you went 3/13/5 On 1/23 as Caitlyn you went 0/10/1 "

I guess trying new champs and having a bad score while in Bronze V ranked = intentional feeding. I thought it was OK to be bad at the game, but apparently not if you end up reported about it. Well, at least I hadn't spent money on this game in 2+ years.

That Jinx game, i checked in your match history. Malzahar was already mid, you wend mid with Jinx with teleport, and most of your deaths were under enemy turret. Care to explain?
