If I am only honor 1, is it possible i can still get my rewards after season ends

No. You have to be Honor Level 2 by the Season's end to be eligible for the rewards. If you're not Honor Level 2 by then, you don't get the rewards.

You can get season 9 rewards when you've reached level 2 or higher as they will be proactive and given out as you reach various ranks, but season 8 rewards (Vict Ori, Honor skins, Icons, ect) no, you wont be able to get those without being level 2 by November 12th.
