This is what new players go through (warning graphic)

Playing on my level 11 account, I called toplane however someone ended up forcing me mid, and I didn't do well as olaf midlane. Below are the screenshots of the chat.

I muted said players, and reported after game, and honestly I'm frustrated that when I logged in this morning I had a key fragment instead of an instant feedback notification. Because this means that these players are still out there and are continuing to terrorizing ACTUAL new players. What they said doesn't bother me personally because I've heard it a thousand times at school but this sort of thing would definitely turn away new players who are still trying to learn the game and just have fun.

Your match history screams "smurf", not "new player". You're paired against other smurfs, for the most part.

Mute, report, and move on. Naming and shaming on the boards isn't allowed.

"KYS" happens to be one of the terms that Riot has zero tolerance with, and this results in an immediate 14-day suspension, even with no prior punishment history. You won't always receive feedback when you report other players, but I can assure you this doesn't mean they've gone unpunished. As long as you've reported them through the in-game system, there's nothing more you need to do. If you were unable to do so, you can also report them by submitting a ticket directly to Riot Support.

That being said, I've removed the picture from your post. I'm sorry you had to deal with this kind of behavior, but we have rules against naming and shaming other players here, regardless if they're guilty of something or not. You can feel free to re-post the picture once you've edited out the names of the other players.
