I dont see how i deserve to be banned after playing with this guy, he called me a inbred, a Lowlife, and talked about my mother, but i got banned?? how?

You probably got banned for saying "reported" and asking others to report them.

because u were toxic after a 14 day ban which states that every mild toxicity lead you to permaban.

If you feel this is undeserved, (you were a tad confrontational, but the reason, I believe, that the system decked you was cause you called for reports and repeated what the flamer said, which triggers it), you can file a ticket, right?
