Some Ideas that might help us improve. (Volunteerly Restricting your own Chat)

Hello fellow summoners,

Over the past few days I've thought about some changes that might help us all to remove toxic behaviour out of our ranked games before the game even starts. Let's be completely honest here, almost everyone that has gotten banned before knows how toxic he/she is. I personally am a really calm person but when it comes to League Soloqueue Ranked i tend to loose my mind as soon as i get blamed. Being able to restrict my own chat activity by choosing a modifyable option before even queuing up would be great for me.

Something like:

No Chat messages 10 Seconds after a teammate dies. Grant a chat message every 1-4 Minutes (Modify as you wish) No chat messages for the first half of your death timer Etc.

These things may sound a little ridiciolous at first, but by making it an optional thing, this could actually help people that actively wanna change their behaviour for the better. I personally flame the most after someone dies, and often when i explode on the inside i tend to spam a lot. Both of these things could be avoided by the listed options. If you like the idea of being able to restrict your own chat activity voluneteerly please leave me an upvote so this might actually turn into a thing. Also leave your ideas below and lets make a list.

Have a nice non-tilting day

Is the ability to opt out of your own Ally chat not enough already?

I once asked them to permanently mute my chat, after i got a chat restriction for typing "good job" to the rengar after he got a doublekill and saved our lane, and riot wouldent remove the restriction because aparently saying "good job" to somone doing a good job is toxic, and their is a 0% chance that anyone playing league would congratulate his team on a kill, and saying good job cant be a honest statement,it has to be sarcastic and toxic.

despite the fact that riot literally tells you to keep positive in poor games and try to encourage your team to try their best to win, with literally with the quote "good job"

Coping Technique: TACTICAL SPORTSMANSHIP. When a team is about to self-implode due to bickering, try the most calculated and cunning tool in the toolbox: positivity.

Even if you feel nothing but disgust, say “good job!” anyway to subtly influence your teammates' mental state - especially ones who seem like they’re on the brink of tilting themselves. It may seem forced or fake, but deliberate positivity is a strategy that disarms and disrupts those vicious, argumentative cycles.

Riot is just all about unforgiveness, and the community seems that way in general.

The reason riot does not implement the ability to mute your own chat - thereby reducing self-aware people that otherwise cannot help themselves - is they are banking on you coming back and spending more money on a new account. Its a financial decision. They dont give two shits how awful people are to eachother in this game. Over 10 years they have not tried this once.
