The system is not a tool for you to alienate someone in chat, you use it to report someone at the end of the game. Asking to report people, saying that you'll report them, and so forth serve no purpose other than to antagonize someone in chat since all it takes is one person to report someone for the game to be flagged for review.

Its the constant asking for reports. While some people wouldnt consider it "toxic", Riot does on the bases that it doesnt actually do anything since only one report is needed. Because of that, people really only use it as a means to scare/harass people.

Nope not at all, although someone repeating "report this and that" over and over is obnoxious, it's very easily solved by muting the player

doesn't deserve any form of punishment.

Your name is a little suggestive, but your text should not be punishable. Granted, I would find that kind of chat a bit on the annoying side and and would still hope not to play with you again.

Tbh you're the worst kind of player imo the spoiled kids who just spam all chat saying to report the team like I would rather have a flamer than you thank you Riot!
