What am I supposed to do when no one is helping me and i'm trying to ask for help?

I was just in a game as an adc and in the beginning we were all clearly doing well but towards midway through in any team fights I would constantly have 2 people come after me, after a couple more teamfights i caught on they'd go for me and I asked for help plenty of times. but no one would listen to me besides the support. (I appreciate the blitz crank as well for standing up for me.) I have never had such a game as toxic where no matter how nice i was or tried to cooperate, the top and jg would only belittle me and then blamed me for the "skill difference" when I couldn't get help to be protected? what do i do? Granted all i could do was try to keep fighting whatever 1v2 that kept happening to me even if i stayed with the team i'd constantly be sought after. the rammus and fizz constantly jumping on to me and i called out for it every time and they never came besides blitz who tried to help a few times. I just dont know what i'm supposed to do here. is it even allowed to be reported for people not being able to communicate or cooperate? is there some sort of justice involved? if not it's fine but it was just awful. even if this just becomes a post to vent out it's fine. but i can't stand team mates who wont listen for helping me out and then belittling me for something i can't control.

You most certainly can and should report them for flaming if they belittle you. However, there is no rules that stated they must cooperate with you. Zed, Zac, and Vlad are not peelers. I'm not sure what you expected them to do. Have Zed and Vlad go in on the Rammus loaded with armors and mr or the Fizz with his trollpole? Maybe Zac is the only one who can possibly peel, but he's also your only tank so not sure if you want him in the back line. Zed and Vlad make for very poor adc peelers especially against fizz and rammus. They don't have much cc and they don't kill fizz or rammus very quickly. They are assassins, not bodyguards. Some games just suck to be such an easy squishie target, but that's what you signed up for when you queued as adc.

If they are using 2 people and burning everything to kill you, that means your team can probably kill their backline and then force a 4v2.

There are plenty of things you can do to stall for time and let your teammates do things. PD, wits end, BT, GA and QSS are some common defensive options you can consider, you can also see if your support can buy Zeke's, Locket or Knight's Vow. Some marksmen that have AP scaling (like Kaisa) can even get Zhonya's Hourglass.

You can also position better and have more map awareness to not put yourself in bad situations as often.

From a pregame standpoint, you can try Glacial Augment or Fleet Footwork to help you with the kiting, but that requires you to have knowledge of what the enemy wants to do in game and whether your team can prevent the enemy from doing what they want. That comes with experience.

Mechanically, you can do funky stuff to cancel out the enemy's CC, like how you can use Trist / Ezreal to buffer jump out of the exact timing when their CC lands, so you waste their CC but have pulled away from their engage range.

There are different roles you play (even as a marksmen) and every game will be different. If your job is to be the bait, then be the best bait, you don't have to be the carry everygame. Some of your teammates might not recognize what you did, but you will know deep down what you did to win that team fight and eventually the game.

Specifically against Rammus and Fizz, I would definitely get Wits end+ BT+PD+QSS. With the wit's end and QSS, you've essentially halved the magic dmg fizz and Rammus will do to you. Wits end and BT will keep you healed up while you get taunted. Look to dodge and/or Flash Fizz's fish as that's the most threatening CC. Kite to Blitz's max hook range if he has hook, if not kite into Blitz so he can knock them up and silence them. QSS can help you get out of Rammus well, and once you do, focus on Fizz as Rammus is now useless without his taunt and powerball, especially true when he's in defensive ball curl, which reduces his move speed.

All in all, adapt to your situation. In scenarios where people are diving you like mad, your uptime is more important than your raw damage.

the rammus and fizz constantly jumping on to me and i called out for it every time and they never came besides blitz who tried to help a few times.

Now imagine saying this

but no one would listen to me besides the support. (I appreciate the blitz crank as well for standing up for me.)

then following with

Granted all i could do was try to keep fighting whatever 1v2 that kept happening to me even if i stayed with the team

So blitz doesnt count as anything to you you're 1v2 despite it actually being 2v2, yet you appreciate him?

Anyways on a side note your positioning matters in fights if you're caught off on the side you cant cry and blame your team for that. Especially if you were doing bad throughout the entire game, which is usually why teammates dont listen. If you fed in lane dont expect them to peel for you when they need to clean up the mess you brought in feeding bot. Now where i dont know if you actually fed or not from what you said it seems like you had a terrible laning phase and an even worse mid to late game.

Flaming is against the rules, so they're wrong in that regard. All players, however, are allowed to play the game as they see fit, and nobody is required to listen to anyone else. As zPOOPz explained, your team unfortunately had champs that are bad at peeling.

What am I supposed to do when no one is helping me and i'm trying to ask for help?

just play the game out as best you can while focusing on improving your fundamentals. Really focus on last hitting, or map rotations or de-warding. Stuff like that

practice the little things within your control so the next game is better
