Honestly I have never seen the system so messed up before. If the information about this being his first ban is true, then the system is broken. He has barely said anything wrong and was a bit toxic but this seems more like a chat restriction. (Sry if this is the wrong board. My first post)
There is no possible way to skip a 14day ban unless it's for cheating. The 14day is the last chance. Any following punishment will be a perma. Even if this game was only worth a 10-game chat restriction, it will result in a perma if it follows a 14day.
