Spitefull Players on League

I Love League of Legends but recently there has been a resurgence of toxic player with spiteful attitudes. I don't enjoy playing 3v7 everygame because of petty differences. Not to mention I myself have been toxic to players who give up at 15 or try to carry games they know they cannot. I don't know what the solution to this problem is I just know there is a problem. Please some one help!

The game is meant to be played people afking or throwing because they dont think its winnable. quite frankly that isnt even a thing that should be crossing your mid you should try to win as long as you are in the game if you know that you give up then dont go onto the next game and que to surrender again.
