Leaver Buster Complaints/Update

They should minimize the punishment to 1 to 3 games or depends uppon the situation. I was punished because the client suddenly crashed. When i tried to go back it says "We restored the old client... we will patch it back to the new one" something like that. I don't know what happened even though i have the latest update/patch. Took more than a minute which made my game a remaked one. Then, i got the punishment. It's just unfair. Riot should change this. This happened to me for the 3rd time now.
