Shouldn't Loss Prevented/Remake System Be More Balanced

Alright, to start thing off I will give a quick summary of how the current loss prevention system works. If a player fails to usually connect to the game there is usually a remake after about the 3rd minute of the game. In my honest opinion I think riot should fix this system for the players who dc in the middle of the game. I think that if someone goes dc after 10 or more minutes there should be an option to remake after the tenth minute or so, or at least give the team who's player has disconnected a loss prevented because the concept of missing 10 minutes of a single game of league can completely turn the tables of any game in any circumstance. There is also something in the league community that it a bug. Which is when there is an even 5v5 full fought match between the two teams. But, the winning team ends up getting less lp than they are supposed to because of an apparent "loss prevented" although there were no dc's on the enemy team. Just recently, I had this happen to me during a long fought 28 minute Elise game that I played very well and tried my hardest just to get 10 LP! Which later led to my demotion because I didn't have enough LP to lose to get to 0.(I'd lose 17-19 LP and gain 21 LP at that time) I think it's unfair for me, as a player of the league of legends community to deal with this. Recently I have gotten 3 AFK's/DCD's in the past 2 days. Riot please reply and think about this accordingly.

Thank you, Supertkninja
