I've been gone for about 3 months and my account is perm banned

I logged into my account and it says my account is banned i dont understand why i cant check my email because i dont remember my password to my email. I cant recover my email because the phone number associated with the account is no longer available. I cant contact yahoo customer service because i dont remember the birthdate. ( I cant remember the birthdate because i was rushing to make the email.) Ive spend over 600 dollars and i cant deal with it. My account user is Miss Puff. But it lets me log into the website somehow.

its almost like the time i tried to log in my runescape acc after 5 years and i forgot everything including my name in the game. all i said in the ticket was "please" and the email i think i used when i played hte game

You can submit a support ticket at the top of the page to find out what happened.

You probably got hacked. Submit a ticket and ask for an explanation Did you receive an email within 3 months from riot?
