RANKED/FLEX

I love playing flex but there are few people that makes me toxic when I always like to keep my cool. I really don't mind losing or winning WHEN I have fun playing the game. But some people says that it's flex and no one cares abot flex. They usually try new champions that they can't play and end us lose the game. Or they just feed or afks because it's flex and no one cares? I hate that. I don't mind if they TRY and play bad but when they don't even care about the game and loses intentionally. I don't care if it's flex or solo q. IT. IS STİLL RANKED and you have to put your all effort. Id you just don't care the game play norms. Not even norms, people still try to have fun in norms. Go play against bots or delete thr game or whatever. Don't ruin someone else's game. I just want to ask Riot to come up with an idea to avoid this problem. A punishment or something fpr those kind of people. I just dont wanna hear people giving up or feeding or afking because it is flex...
