Client Crash while reporting.

So my last game I played I had a player who because they didn't get support decided to troll. It was a ranked game and they decided they would go Soraka and come bot right away to take away farm from the ADC. We tried and ultimately lost the game because of this player. However when I went to report the player my client crashed. Is it possible to report them now after the game is done? If a riot team member wanted to contact me I could give the IGN of this player.
