rank and honer

if riot want to make the comunity less toxic they need to punish people who is doing very bad in game (adc who get less damage then supp or a laner 0/8,2/12 etc) i am a reguler flamer cos of this and i think alot of people .I mean i dont go in game and start blame and insult (toxic)but when my team kinda make sure i lose then i become toxic and i get punished but the cause never get punished (bad players in rank) ,u can say u have bad game that will look like this 0/4/5 etc low deaths and not much kills.Honers should also be ranking up faster seriously take me 2/3 week get 1 honer point .
