Seven losses in a row
From either it being my own gameplay, or I get matched with trolls and griefers. How does anyone cope with it?

Take a break.
I've had worse. Each loss lowers your MMR, making it more likely you'll win one.
I know how that feels for sure, I've definitely been there. It's frustrating. But hang on to these two facts:
- Humans are really bad at understanding statistical phenomena.
- There are 4 slots on your team for trolls, and 5 slots on the opposing team for trolls.
In the long term, though it may not feel like it (due to humans' natural ineptitude with probabilities), those odds will work in your favor, and you'll rise to the MMR where you belong. :)
