Someone on the enemy team kept saying the n word with the r but replaced the i with a 1. Is it possible to bypass the system like that?

It probably will bypass the automated system, but they will promptly get manually banned.
As stated above, will likely bypass automatic system. It is difficult having an automated system handle all situations like this that bypass things.
If i wanted to ban the word hell, and to make sure it cannot be abused i ban any instance of those letters in that order, or any alternate combination such as 3 for e, I for l etc, ill quickly find ive banned everyone saying hello.
If theyre the type of scumbag to use that word, theyll likely use it in multiple games.... and it would get auto banned that way, or be hit with a heavy, immediate manual ban for attempting to get around the rules.
It bypasses the system till riot adds in a Filter to include it. in those situations just report the player.. explain to them why you reported and soon or later they will add the filter.
its kinda lame because people will purposely miss spell rants and taunts
