My Friend's 14 Day Ban as Explained by Riot Support
typed " nighr nighr "in the chat and get ban for 2 weeks.

I would like to see the entire chat logs to see if it really was a neutral game or trying to avoid ban words.

I mean, holy hell tho. It kinda makes sense. I was trying to see if he "mistyped that on purpose" but nope, it happened to me and it's definitely in the realms of possibility.

Operating under the assumption that this really is the whole truth, tell your friend to write another ticket, specifically pointing out the "bedtime" part and that "T" is right next to "R", making this an incredibly easy typo.
Yeah, assuming there isnt more to the story, definitely keep trying with support. Tell him to be polite. Those are people on the other end and they are subject to human emotion that may affect the outcome.
So any updates? Chat logs? Anything? Im beginning to think youre trying to hide something here.
OP, nobody gets banned for racial slurs straight up. You have had to have done it in multiple times over multiple games. [sg-jinx]

Also, there's probably context. The support specialist can see what you're typing that to. If you've had a civil conversation all along and someone says goodnight; then you respond with that, its believable. (Seeing that you said night time there, I'd assume that you were having a civil convo. In which case this punishment is severe and wrong. Sadly, I don't know what the other person was saying so I can't say this for certain.) Otherwise, huh. [sg-ezreal]

also its good to know their new copy paste is "sucks to deal with those players i take a look at them" i wrote a ticket 2 weeks ago and the first line was the exact same thing.
