Please make Queue Dodge penalties extremely severe. New Champ Select is miserable. (10th in a row.)

On my 10th in a row! This is so amazingly fun!

Because the penalty is not very severe, people feel free to do it. And that adds up to 30 minutes in queue to get a game going.

Please make first offense a 12 hour ban.

Then 3 days.

Then a month.

Then permanently.
